With a rich and diverse global background spanning over 15 years, I have established myself as an accomplished Creative Director, team leader, and creative designer, excelling in strategic communications, talent development, and collaboration with renowned brands across various industries. My extensive expertise encompasses both agency and client-side experiences, across a wide spectrum of design disciplines, including, but not limited to; Advertising, UI/UX, Digital Platforms (websites/Mobile Apps), XR Experiences (AR/VR), Branding, Gaming, and Environmental Design. 

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent ability to lead and direct teams, resulting in the successful execution of diverse digital platform projects for global clients. My involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, from concept creation, through to execution, with a strong focus on application of strategic decision making for the brands I work with.  This holistic approach ensures that I guide projects from their initial conceptualisation through to their final detail driven execution. My hands-on expertise extends across every facet of the creative process, including concept development, persuasive presentation, innovative design, efficient production, and timely delivery. This comprehensive skill set has consistently enabled me to not only meet but also exceed project goals and client expectations.
In recent years, I have strategically focused on brand platforms and experiences, with a particular emphasis on designing innovative digital products tailored to the unique needs of the B2B and B2C sectors. One distinguishing facet of my creative approach is my enthusiasm for technology, particularly as an early adopter of Ai as a design tool. Leveraging these cutting-edge tools, I consistently strive to deliver results that are not only captivating but also unexpected, pushing the boundaries of creativity for both my clients and myself. 

ACCOLADES
My recent work in advertising has been accredited with several awards by the PANI organisation in Northern Ireland. Although this was not a driver of the creativity, the recognition for this work was appreciated as it was a project that had significant impact on real lives to find homes for refugees seeking asylum and foster homes.
